I don't approve Photoshop either, but I'm always a little stunned when people tell me they have no problems with their weight. Though I could be in a better shape I like the fact that I can run for several miles with a decent speed, run stairs and reach the 5th floor without sweating or heavy breathing. Or lend a useful hand when a friend moves etc. Fat people just don't know what a great feeling it is to actually use the body the way it's meant to be used.

No you're not, you're fat and unhealthy on a way to diabetes, you can't say your body was meant to be a big walking blob, if that where the case fat people wouldn't have health problems. I was big I use too weight in at 220 pounds, instead of complaining and being in denial how I was "perfect in my own way" i did something about it, and now weight in at 140 pounds and I've never been happier and healthier in my life - dieting and working out, the correct way
