@uglymama54321
Rabies is caused by a virus. The virus invades the central nervous system and disrupts its functioning. The rabies virus is transmitted in the saliva of infected animals. People, and animals, usually become infected with the virus by being bitten by an infected animal, but any contact with the saliva of an infected animal (alive or dead) can potentially lead to infection if the person, or animal, has an opening in the skin or the saliva gets into their eyes, nose, or mouth.

k who gave the deer meth

@xrethu very true...but stomping the skull is a bit brutal.. I have hunted and killed a lot of deer, and there is no way I'm stomping a fawn to death. I would shoot it though.

A deer with rabies?? That is very rare, especially a fawn that young. Eventhough this deer was tested and they told you rabies I bet they are lying. This looks like a CWD (chronic wasting disease) that is very common with deer species.. State authorities don't like to let CWD cases be known because it affects the amount deer licenses they sell because the disease can be passed through the meat if not cooked thoroughly..Hunters usually avoid CWD areas and that means loss of money for the state.

if you see an animal like that, just stomp on its skull as hard as you can. I love animals, but when they are in pain like that they will either hurt and infect you, or die of agony, just put it out of its misery.

@GNO5678 Why don't you read his comments? He said that he just thought it was a newborn and couldn't walk properly. He didn't suspect rabies straight away. Stop over reacting.
