If you use the Lilith I use (the one by M.M.R.), the command for Gloomy Puppet Show is HCF + KK (or B, DB, D, DF, F + KK). It requires 2 super bars. And you can change key settings in the options menu.

I'm new in mugen. How can I change my key settings? Lilith is my fave character but I don't know how to do the gloomy puppet show.
